Kanika Radhakrishnan

CEO and Founder

Kanika is a Harvard-trained lawyer with decades of legal experience working with technology startups in the US and India. Prior to starting FairSettle.ai, she was the Founder and Managing Attorney of Evergreen Valley Law Group, a full service IP law firm with offices in the Silicon Valley, US and Bangalore, India. Kanika has extensive experience working as a patent prosecutor, mediator and litigator. She is a licensed US Patent Attorney and also registered to practice in the State of California. Kanika is widely recognized as a change maker in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, where she has worked tirelessly to increase opportunities related to access to funding for women-led businesses. She is the Co-Chair of TIE Women Global and a Charter Member and Governing Board member of TiE Bangalore. She is an Angel Investor herself and co-leads TiE Bangalore Angels.

Giju Eldhose

Technology Lead

Giju has more than 14 years of experience working in several technology companies and startups including Yahoo!, Sasken, Bwin Party, and win.com. Prior to starting his entrepreneurial journey, Giju was part of the Yahoo Search team that strategized on increasing algorithmic efficiency and search market capture. He contributed to products and properties that constituted 20% of Yahoo’s search engine. Giju has been associated with marquee brands like Deepak Chopra, AR Rahman and Shekhar Kapoor in translating their vision into products touching millions of users. Giju is the technology brain behind the FairSettle.ai platform.

When we came up with the idea for FairSettle, our mission was simple. We wanted to resolve the world’s disputes, one dispute at a time, by using technology.
Our goal was to create a robust dispute resolution system that will help the end customers/end users, enterprise customers and the judicial system in the following ways:
